Six Teams, One Theme: Ecstatic Raindance
Trippy Dreams is a live immersive experience where music shapes worlds in real time. The journey begins with a dragonfly guiding the audience into a living dream of light and nature, where sound flows through shifting light and colour. Along the way, it encounters other dreamers — an owl, an astronaut, a deep-sea diver—each passing their dream into another, extending the journey ever further. From ocean depths to distant space, new figures emerge: a pirate captain and an alien presence, carrying the experience into unknown territories.
Designed as a modular visual instrument for VR artists—DJs, musicians, and vocal performers — Trippy Dreams is meant to be played, explored, and continuously reinterpreted, each performance reshaping the world in real time.
Libellule86 and plOv, the duo behind Trippy Dreams, are one of six teams bringing to life the theme "Ecstatic Raindance", a creative take on the global Ecstatic Dance movement, adapted for virtual spaces in VRChat. The moment you enter their whimsical venue, hand-drawn entirely in Open Brush, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations. Allow yourself to truly connect with your emotions, sensations, body and spirit—and lose yourself in the music and dance!

The event will take place on Sunday, 14th June, at the following times:
Europe: 7PM BST / 8PM CET / 9PM EET
North America: 11AM PT / 12PM MT / 1PM CT / 2PM ET
