MAGNETIZE
The air is thick with the scent of mothballs and old books․ Sparse trinkets and treasures fill shelves and the old TV emits a familiar tone․ You trace wires down to a game console then notice a comically oversized magnet sitting nearby․ No doubt part of an old science kit․ That TV needs to be replaced anyway‚ why not have some photoelectric fun while you're here?
[SPOILERS AHEAD] After some time, you move towards an unfinished room; rounding the corner just as a lamp goes out, leaving a flickering filament exposed a few steps ahead. Against your better judgement, you reach out and touch it. What comes next is a surreal daydream where you can manipulate objects from a distance, push through walls and distort screens as if your hands were magnetic. These novel abilities help you solve lite puzzles as you parkour your way through an amalgamation of warped memories. That is, until you wake up right back where you started.
HOW TO ACCESS THE GAME IN VRCHAT
This is a multi-player puzzle adventure game in VRChat for up to 80 players. You will need a Meta Quest 2, or a VR ready PC and a compatible PC VR headset such as Valve Index, Rift/Rift S, Vive/Vive Pro/Vive Pro2 or a Windows Mixed Reality headset. Download VRChat and create an account. Once you’re inside VRChat in your headset, search for ‘MAGNETIZE’ in the WORLDS tab, or when on PC, you can launch MAGNETIZE directly through your web browser.
