Trippy Dreams: From Open Brush to VRChat, Sculpting an Immersive Odyssey

Trippy Dreams is a dynamically evolving art installation, a live music venue, and an immersive odyssey shaped by communal connection and emotional storytelling. Through custom systems, audio-reactive environments, and an exploration panel, visitors can personalise their journey—ensuring no two visits unfold in exactly the same way. The environment transforms in real-time, responding to the music and the paths chosen by the audience.

Step inside the hand-drawn brushstrokes of Trippy Dreams for a conversation between VR artist Libellule and Raindance Immersive Curator Fangs. This session explores Libellule’s creative workflow, tracing her journey from the intuitive freedom of sculpting in Open Brush to the exquisite architecture of her fully realised virtual world.

As one of only five teams selected by Raindance to reimagine the global Ecstatic Dance movement for social VR, Libellule will also introduce Trippy Dreams: The Odyssey, her creative take on “Ecstatic Raindance”—an exhilarating new theme for the 2026 Raindance Immersive festival.
